Big City Bagels and Coffee Company Opening in Spring Hill
The shop will feature hand-rolled New York-style bagels from Davidovich Bakery.
Big City Bagels and Coffee Company is set to open in Spring Hill, bringing authentic New York-style bagels and deli flavors to Florida, owners Christopher De Senzo and John Yendrey shared with Business Debut.
Located at 1096 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606, the shop will feature a 26-seat dining room and a Wi-Fi lounge, offering a menu that includes bagel sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and deli classics like New York pastrami, corned beef, and nova lox. Bagels will be sourced from Davidovich Bakery, known for their traditional hand-rolled, kettle-boiled New York-style bagels.
Big City Bagels and Coffee Company will be open seven days a week from 7 am – 3 pm. The build-out is complete, and the team is currently in the permitting phase. As a fun addition, the shop has also signed up as a location on Pokémon Go.
De Senzo and Yendrey, former deli owners from New Jersey, previously operated Deli Works before bringing their expertise to Florida. Stay tuned for updates as they prepare to open their doors.
