Birdie’s Bringing Comfort Food to Middleburg
Birdie’s Dinner and Desserts, featuring homemade comfort food and sweets, is set to open before May.
Birdie’s Dinner and Desserts is set to open soon in Middleburg, owner Jeff Mitnick shared. He and his wife, Jo Mitnick, are launching the new concept, which will focus on classic comfort and country cooking paired with scratch-made, decadent desserts inspired by Jo’s background as a baker.
The couple is currently in the buildout phase at 2620 Blanding Blvd #16, Middleburg, FL 32068 and is aiming to open before May.
During the week, Birdie’s will offer dinner and desserts, while on weekends, the restaurant will likely be open for lunch and dinner. The Mitnicks previously owned a restaurant in Miami for 10 years before relocating to Middleburg.
