BreadCrumbs Food Truck Debuts in Loganville This November

BreadCrumbs Food Truck is set to launch in Loganville this November, owner and chef Christian Talpes shared with Business Debut.

The trailer is currently under construction, with installation of the service window, electrical, and mechanical systems underway. Talpes aims to create gourmet sandwiches using locally sourced ingredients and hopes to partner with a local butcher shop. His goal is to ensure guests know exactly where their food is coming from.

The menu, available online at BreadCrumbs Food Truck, includes shrimp po’ boys, roast beef po’ boys, a chicken sandwich, a Philly cheesesteak, and more. The truck will travel across Georgia while also making regular appearances at events in Loganville.

Beyond serving food, BreadCrumbs Food Truck is committed to addressing food insecurity and is looking to partner with charities to support fundraising efforts for those in need.
