Breakfast and Coffee Concept Coming to Vero Beach This Spring
The new café from Post & Wine’s team will serve breakfast, lunch, and specialty coffee in Vero Beach.
A new cafe and coffee shop is on the way to Vero Beach, set to open in the next month or so, onwership confirmed with Business Debut. The upcoming concept, still unnamed, is being developed by the same team behind Post & Wine and will be located just a block away at 1910 Old Dixie Hwy, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
The new spot will feature around 40 seats inside and will focus on breakfast and lunch service with a full coffee program. Guests will be able to order for dine-in, grab-and-go, or takeout.
In addition to regular cafe service, the space includes a large kitchen that will allow the team to offer catering and special events, and also function as an auxiliary kitchen for Post & Wine if needed. Chef Jamie Sydney has been hired to lead the culinary efforts and develop the menu, which has yet to be finalized.
