Bright Ice Bringing Homemade Ice Cream to Lakeland This January
Known for creative flavors and natural ingredients, Bright Ice is opening its fifth location in Lakeland early next year.
Bright Ice, the growing ice cream brand founded in St. Petersburg, is set to open its fifth location in Lakeland by late January, co-owner Steven Garrahan shared with Business Debut. The shop will be located at 1200 Florida Ave S, Lakeland, FL 33803 in a 1,000-square-foot space that is currently under construction.

Founded in 2018, Bright Ice opened its first shop in St. Pete in 2019 and quickly gained a following for its homemade ice cream made with no artificial flavors or dyes. Known for its creativity, the brand offers unique and seasonal flavors like White Chocolate with Peppermint Bark, Holiday Sugar Cookie, and Cranberry with White Chocolate.
