Build-Your-Own Fries Concept Wild Fryz Coming to Woodstock
Opening late spring, Wild Fryz will operate from a shipping container with outdoor seating at Adair Park.

Wild Fryz, a new build-your-own fries concept, is set to open in the Adair Park Woodstock development, owner and chef Thomas Cantley told Business Debut.
The business will operate out of a 35-foot shipping container at 301 Richards Wy, Woodstock, GA 30188 and will feature a customizable fry menu with a twist—guests can choose their cooking method, including beef tallow, duck fat, vegetable oil, or an air fryer. Cantley will also offer a dedicated gluten-free fryer for those with sensitivities.
Wild Fryz will let diners choose from potato, sweet potato, yucca, or jicama fries and top them with proteins like pulled pork, brisket, and chicken, plus toppings like caramelized onions and signature homemade sauces. The location will also offer its own Wild Fryz beer on tap and stay open late seven days a week.

The Adair Park development is designed as a live-work-play community with residential, office, and retail space. Wild Fryz will be located in a greenspace with plenty of outdoor seating.
Cantley, a former film producer, is entering the food world with plans to perfect his brand in Woodstock before expanding through franchising. Wild Fryz is currently working through permitting, with construction underway for the space. Expect a late Spring opening, Cantley shared.
Wild Fryz will also be hosting pop-ups at breweries in the Atlanta area, like the Proper Hop in Roswell, and Contrast Artisan Ales in Chamblee. Follow along on Instagram.
