BBH Kitchen will open its first restaurant in Duluth this spring, offering Bun Bo Hue and unique Vietnamese dishes.

Bun Bo Hue (BBH) Kitchen, Gwinnett County Vietnamese pop-up, is preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Duluth this spring, owner Josephine Moua shared with Business Debut.
The brand has been in the works for three years, making a name for itself at events like the International Night Market in Lawrenceville. Now, it is set to establish a permanent home at 3640 Satellite Blvd #4C, Duluth, GA 30096, offering seated dine-in service with approximately 50 seats.
The restaurant’s menu is built around the bold and complex flavors of Bun Bo Hue, a Vietnamese noodle soup with rich broth, proteins, and more Additionally, it will feature lesser-known Vietnamese dishes not often found in the Southeast, including their popular Saigon pizza— which is a crispy sticky rice base with savory toppings.

Moua emphasized that community focus is integral to the concept, providing a welcoming space where people can bond over authentic cuisine. If all goes well with the final preparations, BBH Kitchen is expected to open later this spring. Follow them on Instagram for updates: BBH Kitchen.
