Café Luna Opening Second Location Soon in Tampa

Café Luna is preparing to open its second location in Tampa, bringing its comforting Latin American flavors and welcoming spirit to Kennedy Boulevard. Owners Santiago Gonzalez and Alexander—partners in both life and business—are aiming to open the café in less than a month at 5201 W Kennedy Blvd #105, Tampa, FL 33609, directly across from Westshore Mall.

The new location will offer seating for 20–30 guests and feature the same inviting atmosphere that made their original café, which opened in April 2022, a local favorite. Alexander, who has roots in Venezuela and Germany, brings his passion for woodworking to the space. Guests can expect handcrafted wooden details throughout, adding a personal and cozy touch to the design.

Café Luna will continue to offer Latin American comfort dishes, coffee, and baked goods in a setting designed to make guests feel like they’re among family. “Café Luna is more than a café for us,” Gonzalez shared in a statement. “It’s a place where people can relax, share good food, and feel cared for, just like we did growing up around our family tables.”
