Caribbean-American food truck Need A Break Cuisine is gearing up to open in Broward County in the coming weeks, with a goal of launching by mid-April, owner Heather Knowles shared with Business Debut.
This will be the first food truck for Knowles, who plans to serve a fusion of Caribbean and American comfort food including jerk chicken with homemade jerk sauces, pasta dishes, hamburgers, fish, and more. The truck will operate three days a week and appear at local events throughout the region.
