Chubby’s Bar N Chill Bringing Rooftop Sports Bar to Hudson
The two-story venue will feature a rooftop bar, walk-up drinks, and a high-end sports bar atmosphere in Hudson.
Chubby’s Bar N Chill, a new rooftop bar and hangout, is coming to Hudson, owner Dan Hitchcock shared with Business Debut. Hitchcock, who also owns the longstanding local restaurant and bar The Fisherman’s Shack, is in the early stages of developing the concept, with plans to open by the end of the year or early next year.
The two-story venue will offer a high-end sports bar experience. The first floor will feature a walk-up bar, while the rooftop will have additional bar seating. Hitchcock is still finalizing the food offerings, considering either an a la carte menu or a rotating selection of food trucks and food truck competitions.
Located at 13240 US-19, Hudson, FL 34667, the site will undergo demolition soon to make way for the new build.
Chubby’s Bar N Chill is expected to open by the end of the year or in the first quarter of 2026. Keep an eye out for more updates by following them on Facebook.
