Duff’s Famous Wings Will Open its First Tampa Location Soon

Duff’s Famous Wings, a well-known chicken wing brand from Buffalo, NY, is opening a location in Tampa, taking over the former space that housed Ella’s Americana Folk Art Cafe. Business Debut connected with co-franchisee Daniel Conway, who shared that they are excited to bring Duff’s, a family-owned and oriented concept, to the beloved space. The news first broke in Creative Loafing Tampa Bay.

The brand, which first served its signature wings in 1969, has developed a nationwide following despite its limited number of locations. Conway, who first experienced Duff’s in Buffalo a decade ago, has been working closely with the founding family to bring the concept to Florida.

The Duff's Famous Wings menu will center around their wings, complemented by appetizers, salads, smash burgers, an extensive cocktail selection, and a few nods to Floridian cuisine, including a grouper sandwich.

The Tampa location at 5119 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33603 will have 150 seats indoors and will operate seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with takeout options coming soon.
