Entrepreneur & Former PepsiCo Exec Releasing "Survive and Advance" on Jan. 28th

Former PepsiCo executive turned entrepreneur Derek Lewis is set to release a personal and professional account of his extraordinary journey from brokenness and hardship to C-suite leadership and large-scale entrepreneurship.

"Survive and Advance: Lessons on Living Life Without Compromise" by Derek Lewis will be released nationwide on January 28. Readers can expect a narrative detailing Lewis' life, from his upbringing in 1970s Washington, D.C., to his tenure as a PepsiCo executive, where he achieved record-breaking financial results and championed equality, as well as gender and racial justice, both within and outside the corporation.

The book's title, Lewis shared with Business Debut, underscores the importance of tenacity. While survival is often difficult enough, Lewis found the strength to advance into leadership roles and influence positive change for those around him.
