3 New Restaurants Planning to Open in Tradition in Port St. Lucie

Port St. Lucie's Tradition master-planned community is set to welcome three exciting new dining options, adding to its growing lineup of restaurants. Each of these upcoming spots will bring a unique culinary experience to the area, from Southern BBQ and seafood to Mediterranean flavors and homestyle breakfast, brunch and lunch.

Island Pig and Fish

Bringing scratch-made Southern BBQ and fresh local seafood, Island Pig and Fish will soon open in Port St. Lucie. Owned by Taylor Shull, who also operates Island Burger and Shake in Fort Pierce and Hutchinson Island Bar and Grill, the new restaurant will offer BBQ, burgers, and coastal comfort foods. Located at 10148 SW Discovery Way #6, the full-service dining spot will have around 40 seats indoors and an additional 40+ outside. The opening is expected in the coming months.

Swift Grill

Swift Grill, known for its blend of Greek, Romanian, and Middle Eastern cuisine, is expanding from Fort Pierce to Tradition. The new location at 10108 SW Discovery Way will feature fast-casual dining with a bar serving non-alcoholic and THC-infused drinks. With seating for 90 guests, Swift Grill aims to bring Mediterranean flavors to the community when it opens this summer.

Sara’s Kitchen and Bar

A longtime favorite in Palm Beach Gardens, Sara’s Kitchen and Bar is set to open its second location in mid-to-late April. Specializing in breakfast, brunch, and lunch, the restaurant will introduce new items like a pancake charcuterie board and a French toast sampler. Located at 10156 SW Discovery Way, the new space will offer a full bar, seating for 115 indoors, and a 40-seat outdoor patio.

These three restaurants will add diverse flavors and dining experiences to Tradition, further enhancing the community’s growing food scene.
