Indian Restaurant Bombay Bistro Expanding to Summerfield

Bombay Bistro Indian Cuisine is expanding its footprint in Central Florida with a second location set to open in Summerfield. Co-owner Krupa Patel shared with Business Debut that this new restaurant is the brand’s first expansion from their original Ocala location, Bombay Cafe.

Located at 17860 SE 109th Ave, Summerfield, FL 34491, Bombay Bistro will offer full-service dining with seating for 25 to 30 guests. The restaurant will feature both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian dishes and will operate seven days a week.

Watch out for Bombay Bistro in mid-April.
