Knuckies Sandwiches and Sips Opening at Medley in Johns Creek

The new location will feature sandwiches, craft sodas, and an upgraded design concept.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — Knuckies Sandwiches and Sips is planned for Medley at 4108 Medley Blvd., Johns Creek, GA 30097, with an opening planned for October 29th at 10 a.m., founder Todd Broaderick told Business Debut. The opening is planned in step with the broader Medley development, which will open all at once on the 29th of October.

The Medley restaurant will be the 10th Knuckies location and will introduce a more elevated version of the brand, with a chef-driven sandwich menu and a dirty soda component, Broaderick told Business Debut.

What to Expect

Knuckies Sandwiches and Sips will occupy about 1,100 square feet at Medley, Broaderick told Business Debut. Guests will order at the counter, with pickup available for dine-in or takeout.

The Medley location will be a new evolution of the brand, with updated design elements, including corrugated metals and reclaimed wood, Broaderick told Business Debut. The restaurant will still focus on accessible pricing while bringing a more upscale feel to the space.

Knuckies launched in 2019 with a roll created from a pizza dough recipe, which Broaderick said helped shape the brand. The company is known for cheesesteaks and sandwiches, but the Medley location will add more chef-driven items, homemade sauces, dressings and aiolis, Broaderick told Business Debut.

The menu will include staples like cheesesteaks and the original Italian, along with items such as a crab cake sandwich with house-made remoulade, a lobster roll planned for weekends, rotating quiche options for Sunday brunch and the brand’s take on a BLT, Broaderick told Business Debut.

The “Sips” portion of the concept will feature Sparkraft, the brand’s dirty soda and craft soda line, Broaderick told Business Debut.
