La Finca at the Birches Opening This August in Carrollton
Modern Mexican fare with handmade tortillas is coming soon to La Finca's new Carrollton location.
La Finca at the Birches is opening this August in the Shoppes at the Birches development, co-owner Alex Terrell told Business Debut. Business Debut first came across the story via The City Menus before connecting with Terrell. This falls under the same ownership as La Finca in Carrolton, which Terrell's mother, Noemi Villanueva, opened back in 2015.
The new space, located at 2235 Maple St Suite A, Carrollton, GA 30117, will offer a more modern, elevated atmosphere while still preserving the charm and favorites of the original. With an open layout and about 2,500 square feet, it will seat just under 100 guests, including large booths and communal tables suited for gatherings and events.
La Finca at the Birches will serve updated Mexican cuisine using premium meats and fresh ingredients, with handmade tortillas made from scratch. While it will carry over staples from the original location, Terrell emphasized that the new restaurant will offer new healthy options and a fresh take on modern Mexican fare inspired by his frequent trips to Mexico.
