Business Debut is watching out for all of the new businesses - restaurants in particular - that are opening in the Atlanta-area. Here are 6 new restaurant businesses we broke news on recently.

Bloom Room / Suwanee Social

A dual-concept restaurant is set to open this summer in Suwanee Town Center. Bloom Room will serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch, while Suwanee Social will take over in the evenings with dinner, drinks, and a hidden speakeasy. The space at 350 Town Center Ave will accommodate up to 300 guests.

Hummus Republic

A fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant is set to open this spring in Lawrenceville, offering wraps, bowls, and pita-based meals. The new location at 1942 Atkinson Rd NW will be the first in the area, with plans for future expansion into Johns Creek and Alpharetta next year.

Damasco Arabian Food

A longtime catering business specializing in Syrian and Middle Eastern cuisine is expanding with a restaurant in Duluth. The new dine-in location at 3099 Breckinridge Blvd is expected to open in the coming months, marking the brand’s transition from catering to a full restaurant experience.

Giovanni’s Pizza

Expanding from its original Cumming location, Giovanni’s Pizza is set to open a second restaurant in Lawrenceville at 860 Duluth Hwy. Known for classic pizzas, wings, burgers, and more, the family-friendly spot continues to grow after first launching in 2020.

Pita Mediterranean Street Food

A new Lawrenceville location is now open for this fast-casual Mediterranean chain. Find them at 1956 Duluth Hwy in Lawrenceville. the restaurant serves fresh Mediterranean-inspired dishes as it continues expanding its presence in the area.

Taco Madre

Expanding from its Oakwood location, Taco Madre is set to open a full-service taqueria in Braselton. The restaurant, owned by Mayra and Ramon Carrillo, will offer authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes, a bar, and seating for up to 200 guests at 6323 Grand Hickory Dr Suite 200 A&B. A private dining room will also be available for special events. The opening is expected between late March and early April.
