Lume Bistro and Lounge Coming to Pembroke Pines
Caribbean fusion dishes, daily DJs, and a full hookah bar will define this new Pembroke Pines dining and nightlife spot.
Lume Bistro and Lounge is bringing Caribbean fusion cuisine, a full bar, and hookah to Pembroke Pines in the coming weeks, owner and head chef Krystal Powell told Business Debut. The new restaurant will open at 12389 Pembroke Rd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027 with seating for 165 guests.
Powell, who started with food trucks in the area, said the demand for a dine-in experience inspired her to launch the full-service concept. Lume will serve Caribbean-inspired fusion dishes and host regular events, with DJs performing every day after 6 pm.

Expect Caribbean dishes with an emphasis on Jamaican culture and cooking, Powell said, who is of Jamaican origin.
The restaurant will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 am – 2 am, and closed on Mondays.
