Main Street Food Market Coming to Villa Rica This June
Main Street Market will feature restaurant spaces for entrepreneurs, set to open along Villa Rica’s Golden Nugget Trail this June.

Main Street Food Market is bringing a multi-level shipping container market to Villa Rica, owner Brandon Thompson told Business Debut. The news was first reported by The City Menus. Thompson is brining the concept to Villa Rica with partners Shane George and James Smithson.
Set to open at 419 Main St, Villa Rica, GA 30180, Thompson shared that the first set of containers are being placed, with a June opening planned. The market will feature up to 12 restaurant spaces, with eight designed as incubators for local entrepreneurs launching new concepts. These spaces, roughly the size of a food truck, are leasing for $2,500 per month. Four of these will be on the ground floor, with another four upstairs.

Additionally, four larger-scale restaurant spaces will be available on the ground floor for $4,500 per month. Thompson noted that while several letters of intent are out for vendor spaces, they are not yet ready to announce specific tenants.
The location is positioned along the planned 22-mile Golden Nugget Trail, a pedestrian and biking path that will connect downtown Villa Rica with nearby parks, neighborhoods, and businesses. Main Street Food Market will sit along the first mile of the trail that the city is preparing to build.
