Mediterranean Cuisine Coming to Port St. Lucie This Summer
Swift Grill will serve Greek, Romanian, and Middle Eastern dishes alongside speciality drinks.
Swift Grill is preparing to open its second location in Port St. Lucie this summer, ownership shared with Business Debut. The Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, which has been serving the Fort Pierce community for nearly three years, is expanding with a new, fast-casual concept.
The upcoming location will offer Swift Grill's signature blend of Greek, Romanian, and Middle Eastern flavors, along with a bar specializing in non-alcoholic beverages and THC-infused drinks. With around 90 seats, the new unit will provide a casual dining experience while serving the popular dishes they're known for in Fort Pierce.
