Mediterranean-French Cuisine Coming Soon to Venice, FL

Longet is opening soon in Venice, bringing Mediterranean cuisine with a French focus by acclaimed Chef Steve Longet. Partner Judy Dafoulas shared with Business Debut that the restaurant is awaiting its liquor license before opening, with plans for a soft opening in the next week followed by a grand opening shortly after.

Located at 133 W Venice Ave, Venice, FL 34285, Longet will offer fine dining in a modern, thoughtfully designed space with seating for around 120 guests. The restaurant will operate six days a week from 5-9 PM, with extended hours until 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Led by Steve and Jessica Longet alongside restaurateurs Judy and Kimon Dafoulas, the restaurant will highlight Mediterranean fusion cuisine with French influences. Chef Longet has helmed kitchens in France, Switzerland, and the former Café Longet in Venice.
