Munchies En Ruedas Will Open its First Restaurant in Melbourne

Munchies En Ruedas is expanding from its food truck to a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Melbourne this April. The new restaurant will seat around 50 guests and will offer an expanded menu while maintaining the authentic Mexican flavors that have made their food truck popular, ownership shared.

The food truck currently operates at Sam’s Club at 4255 W New Haven, Melbourne, FL. Once the brick and mortar debuts, the truck will serve guests at catered events.

The new restaurant will open at: 1248 Sarno Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935.

In terms of the menu expansion, expect tacos trompo, ceviche, and many other excited additions.
