Neighborhood Café with Market and Kids Area Opening in Miami

Lavka is preparing to open its doors in Miami in early May, bringing a neighborhood-friendly, all-day restaurant and café to the former L'Artisteria Pizzeria space at 766 SW 1st Ct, Miami, FL 33130, owner Oleg Sheremetyev told Business Debut.

The new concept will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, blending familiar offerings like pizza and pasta with new breakfast items, sandwiches, and paninis. Lavka will also include a small grocery section with a farmers market inside and a dedicated kids play area so parents can relax and enjoy a coffee or meal.

Sheremetyev described Lavka as a family-friendly, neighborhood space with options for both adults and kids, aiming to serve the local community with approachable food and a welcoming atmosphere.
