Neighborhood Wine Bar and Kitchen Coming Soon to Clermont

Back 40 Wine Co is preparing to open its doors in downtown Clermont in the coming weeks, co-owner Wesley Hime shared with Business Debut. Wesley and his wife, Karen Hime, are opening the business together. The new neighborhood beer and wine bar will be located at 719 West Ave, Clermont, FL 34711.

The concept will feature a full European-inspired menu with a Southern twist, including spins on charcuterie boards, fresh salads, sandwiches, caviar, desserts, and more. Guests can also expect coffee, tea, and a carefully curated selection of beer and wine.

The bar will offer seating for 50 guests inside, with an additional 60 seats available across its front and side patios. Back 40 Wine Co plans to operate seven days a week, serving dinner on weekdays and expanding into brunch on weekends.
