South Florida’s restaurant scene is buzzing with new food trucks, cafés, and independent restaurants launching soon. From Roman-style pizza and hibachi food trucks to Cuban sandwiches and Jamaican patties, here’s what’s coming to the region.

Urban Crust Food Truck – Miami-Dade County
Urban Crust, a new food truck specializing in Roman-style pizza, is set to roll out by the end of January. The truck is an extension of K Pizza in South Miami, known for its crispy, airy Roman-style pies. Owner Marco Fantasia is currently securing locations across Miami-Dade County for its debut.
CoBachi Hibachi Grill and More – Boca Raton, FL
Bringing fresh hibachi on wheels, CoBachi Hibachi Grill and More is preparing to open in Boca Raton within the next few weeks. The food truck will serve a variety of hibachi dishes, wings, fries, egg rolls, and fried rice. Once open, it will travel throughout South Florida, bringing flame-grilled flavors to different locations.
Cream Fusion – 3979 Jog Rd, Greenacres, FL 33467
Set to open in early February, Cream Fusion will offer ice cream, coffee, pancakes, and liquor-infused toppings in Greenacres. Owner Devon Cummings, who has years of experience in Florida’s restaurant industry, is excited to bring a mix of desserts and specialty coffee to the area.
Don Eddie’s Mobile Kitchen – Boynton Beach, FL
Cuban-inspired flavors are hitting Boynton Beach with the launch of Don Eddie’s Mobile Kitchen in the next two weeks. Owned by Eddie Estevez and Ivonne Rojas, the food truck will feature smoked ham Cuban sandwiches, rice bowls, gourmet burgers, and scratch-made sauces. The truck will make stops at food festivals, breweries, and local events.
Juici Patties – 19635 State Road 7 Unit #45, Boca Raton, FL 33498
One of Jamaica’s most famous fast-food brands is expanding to Boca Raton with a new Juici Patties location. Opening in March or April, the restaurant will serve Jamaican patties, classic Caribbean dishes, and bold island flavors. More locations are planned as the brand expands across South Florida.
Caramel Kosher – 1975 Stirling Rd, Dania Beach, FL 33004
A new kosher dessert shop, Caramel Kosher is preparing to open in Dania Beach. It will offer a variety of ice cream, candy, and sweet treats. The opening date is still being finalized, and the shop is also considering adding coffee options to its menu.
