New Craft Beer Spot, The Lazy Manatee, Coming to Jacksonville
The Lazy Manatee will take over the former Wing Depot

The Lazy Manatee, a locally owned craft beer bar, is set to open soon in Jacksonville, owner Patrick Mulloy shared with Business Debut. The news was first reported by the Jacksonville Daily Record.
Originally from Arizona, Mulloy is bringing a space where guests can enjoy a variety of local and Western U.S. craft beers, along with an elevated bar menu featuring Arizonian twists. Dishes will include a Cubano with green chili pork, pork nachos, and other dishes.
Located at 3545 University Blvd N, Jacksonville, FL 32277, the bar is aiming for an April or May opening. In addition to craft beer, The Lazy Manatee will also serve wine and plans to host occasional live music.
Mulloy’s vision for the space is to create a family-friendly atmosphere where people can enjoy great drinks, food, and community.
Operating hours will be:
Monday - Thursday: 3 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday: 1 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
