New Roman-Italian Restaurant Opening in Wilton Manors This June
Salvo’s Osteria Romana will bring Roman-inspired cuisine and a pergola-covered patio.
A new Italian restaurant focused on Roman specialties is coming to Wilton Manors this June. Salvo’s Osteria Romana will open at 2389 Wilton Dr, Wilton Manors, FL 33305, with owner Salvo Mule confirming the details to Business Debut following initial coverage in What Now Miami.
The restaurant is currently finishing construction, including the addition of a pergola for outdoor dining. Salvo’s will seat 150–160 guests between its indoor and outdoor spaces and will feature a full bar.
Guests can expect a menu highlighting Roman cuisine, alongside a wide array of Italian dishes representing various regions of the country. Mule shared plans to operate seven days a week.
