New York-Style Pizza Coming Soon to Pensacola
Cheese pies with classic and specialty toppings will be on the menu at the new Pensacola pizza shop.

Lou’s Pizza is bringing a new pizza spot to Pensacola, owner Jacob Calloway shared with Business Debut. The restaurant will be located at 1449 W 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola, FL 32534 and is aiming for a May 1 opening, pending inspections.
Calloway comes from a family of restaurant owners that has operated Philly cheesesteak spots in the area since 1999. He spent years experimenting with pizza at home, working to recreate the pies he grew up eating in New York and New Jersey. That process led to the homemade dough recipe that will be used at Lou’s.
The menu will focus on pizzas, salads, and cheesecake. Guests can expect classic cheese pies with a variety of toppings, including options like pepperoni, peppers, goat cheese, and hot honey. There will also be a selection of specialty pizzas.
The shop will offer seating for up to eight people and will focus primarily on takeout and delivery.
The name Lou’s comes from the family’s French bulldog, Calloway shared.
