Noodle Bowl Bringing Thai Street Food to Gainesville
Family-inspired Thai street food will soon grace Gainesville with dishes like khao soi and massaman curry.
A new dining experience arrives in Gainesville with Noodle Bowl, a Thai street food concept that draws on a legacy of restaurant ownership. Owner Polly Hartman is bringing her passion for Thai cuisine to the area, inspired by a successful Thai restaurant her parents ran in Conyers.
Noodle Bowl will offer an extensive menu of Thai dishes, such as pad thai, khao soi, papaya salads, phanaeng curry, massaman curry, and more within an intimate, full-service, family-style atmosphere. The restaurant will accommodate up to 54 people indoors and feature a few more tables on an outdoor patio.
