Paulk Vineyards Opening Tasting Room and Event Space in Tifton

Paulk Vineyards is bringing a new tasting room and event space to Downtown Tifton. Currently, the building at 201-205 E 5th St, Tifton, GA 31794 is vacant, but plans are underway to transform it into a 6,000-square-foot venue featuring a retail wine shop, tasting room, and event space.

According to Director of Operations Christopher Paulk, the business is aiming for a late summer opening. The venue will include a 2,500-square-foot space dedicated to wine tastings and retail, offering wines and fresh fruits grown at Paulk Vineyards in Wray, GA where the family business has been operating since 1973. The farm specializes in muscadines, strawberries, blackberries, and other fresh fruits.

The remaining 3,500 square feet will serve as an event space for private gatherings. A covered outdoor area is also planned, featuring patio furniture, string lights, and space for food truck pop-ups. A prep kitchen will be available to support catered events, serving charcuterie and other offerings.

Paulk Vineyards currently operates a winery and tasting room in Wray, and this expansion into Tifton will provide a new destination for locals and visitors to enjoy their wines and farm-grown products.
