Roots Kajun Kitchen Bringing a Taste of Louisiana to Stone Mountain
Queena Gant will soon serve her scratch-made, vegan Cajun dishes at the new Roots Kajun Kitchen in Stone Mountain.
Roots Kajun Kitchen, a new vegan Louisiana Cajun restaurant, is set to open soon in Stone Mountain, according to owner Queena Gant. The restaurant, located at 4821 Rockbridge Rd SW #8, Stone Mountain, GA 30083, is expected to open within a month, pending approval from DeKalb County.
Gant, who grew up in Louisiana, has crafted a fully vegan menu featuring scratch-made dishes inspired by authentic Louisiana and Cajun flavors. Roots Kajun Kitchen previously operated on Lee Street in Atlanta but closed in December, with plans to reopen in Stone Mountain.
