Saigon Cafe to Bring Vietnamese Flavors to Clearwater
Traditional Vietnamese dishes and a focus on authenticity will highlight this new cafe in Clearwater.
A new independent Vietnamese restaurant is in the works in Clearwater. Saigon Cafe is preparing to open at 30013 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, FL 33761, though no opening date has been set.
Owner Kevin Phan told Business Debut that they still have a little ways to go before officially launching the new eatery. Once open, the cafe will introduce traditional Vietnamese flavors to the area with a focus on authentic and independent dining.
