South Carolina-Style Barbecue Coming Soon to Pensacola
Opening in late April, the new restaurant will offer traditional South Carolina barbecue.
Carolina Gold BBQ is bringing genuine South Carolina-style, mustard-based barbecue to Pensacola, with a soft opening set for Monday, April 21 and a full opening planned for April 28. The business is led by father and son duo Thomas Shaw Bryson Jr. and Sr., who are originally from South Carolina.
The restaurant will be located at 6866 Pine Forest Rd b, Pensacola, FL 32526 and will offer a compact dine-in experience with seating for just 16 guests. Carolina Gold BBQ will focus on traditional offerings like smoked beef brisket, mac and cheese, South Carolina-style baked beans and coleslaw, and banana pudding—all served with their signature Carolina gold sauce.
Following the grand opening, regular hours will be Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
