Sunshine Brew Coffee Bringing Cozy Café Vibes to St. Augustine
Enjoy a cozy atmosphere and delicious bites at Sunshine Brew Coffee in St. Augustine this summer.

A cozy new café will be brewing in St. Augustine by mid-May. Sunshine Brew Coffee, owned by sisters Maggie and Tessa Taylor, is preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar location at 100 Rio Del Mar St, St. Augustine, FL 32080, with a week of soft openings planned beforehand.
The business began as a mobile trailer, originally owned by a regular customer of Tessa’s other shop, The St. Augustine Scoop. When the customer offered to sell the trailer, the sisters jumped at the opportunity. Now, as they prepare to expand, their brother will take over the mobile trailer while they focus on the new café.
Inside, the café will offer a homey and inviting space, with couches and comfortable seating for 30 to 40 people. Outside, guests can relax at picnic tables shaded by umbrellas, with games available for added fun.

Sunshine Brew will serve a full sunrise-to-sunset menu. In the morning, guests can enjoy bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, smoothies, and acai bowls. Lunch will bring options like salmon and tuna poke bowls and fresh sandwiches. In the evenings, the café will offer beer, wine, and charcuterie boards.
The space will also host community events monthly, including paint-and-sip nights, karaoke, and trivia.
Sunshine Brew Coffee will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Follow along or learn more at sunrisebrew.coffee or on Instagram.
