Tallo Restaurant and Bar Opening Wesley Chapel
Tallo Restaurant and Bar is opening in Wesley Chapel with a menu blending American, Latin, and Caribbean flavors.

Tallo Restaurant and Bar is coming to Wesley Chapel, offering a full-service dining experience with a menu inspired by American, Latin, and Caribbean cuisine. Chef and partner Jose Soto, who has over 22 years of culinary experience, will lead the kitchen. His expertise spans American, Spanish, Latin American, and Italian cuisines.
The chef-driven menu will feature unique specials and a seasonally rotating selection. The bar will offer between eight and twelve craft cocktails, a curated wine list, and a fully stocked selection of spirits.

The restaurant's name, Tallo, comes from the Spanish word for "stem." Chef Soto envisions the restaurant as a place that nourishes its guests with high-quality food, cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere, much like a stem supports a flower.
Tallo is aiming to open in the first week of April at 4424 Friendly Way, Wesley Chapel, FL. The space will have 148 seats, with the potential for a patio. A private dining room will also be available for up to 20 guests.
Operating hours will be:
Sunday - Thursday: 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Brunch on Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
