The Clubhouse Bringing New Gathering Spot to Winter Springs
Premium hoagies, pizza, soups, and “take and bake” meals anchor this modern eatery and convenience stop.

A new neighborhood hub is on its way to Winter Springs. The Clubhouse, a convenience store and chef-driven eatery, is set to open at 898 Gary Hillery Dr, Winter Springs, FL 32708, taking over the former 7-Eleven building. Owner Robin Neilen shared the details with Business Debut, noting the project is inspired by his childhood in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania, where the local convenience store was a gathering place for neighbors and friends.
The Clubhouse will feature a full kitchen serving pasta, pizza from a professional oven, sub sandwiches on Bagel King bread, hoagies, soups in bread bowls, and more. All meals will be made with premium meats, sauces, and ingredients. Guests will also be able to take home frozen, oven-ready “take and bake” options.
In addition to its food offerings, the space will function as a modern convenience store with coffee, sodas, beer, wine and more convenience items. A few tables and chairs will be placed both inside and outside for guests who wish to dine on site. Plans also include EV chargers in the parking lot and Amazon lockers for secure package delivery in the area.
Neilen is currently waiting on final regulatory approvals and plans to open as soon as possible. His goal is to foster a welcoming environment where employees know their regulars and the store becomes part of the community’s daily rhythm. As he put it, The Clubhouse is about “good food, good atmosphere, and community.”
Hours will be from 6 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week.
