The beloved Tallahassee spot is set to reopen in January with new owner Tommy Alonso, who will add food and entertainment options.
The Red Shed, a beloved Tallahassee spot that closed earlier this year, is set to reopen under new owner Tommy Alonso. Alonso shared with Business Debut that the business is aiming for a mid-January reopening at 3031 Crump Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32309.
Alonso plans to bring some new additions, including Cuban sandwiches, empanadas and croquettes, with a focus on sourcing authentic Cuban bread. The venue will also be upgraded with a hood system and additional kitchen equipment to expand the menu.
The Red Shed will offer more than just food, with plans to add pool tables, a ping pong table, a pickleball area and live music to enhance the entertainment options.
