Thyme Restaurant and Bar Opening Soon in Lawrenceville
Thyme Restaurant and Bar is bringing bold Guyanese street food and a dine-in experience to Lawrenceville.
An elevated take on Guyanese street food is on its way to Lawrenceville. Thyme Restaurant and Bar is preparing to open at 1154 Lawrenceville Hwy #212, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, offering a dine-in experience with about 40 seats, takeout, and eventually, a full bar.
The upcoming restaurant will highlight bold, authentic flavors with a heightened twist on traditional Guyanese street food. Ownership told Business Debut that guests can expect dishes like dalpuri, roti, various curries, souse meat, stews and more.
While there's no set opening date yet, the team is currently preparing for inspections and expects to begin serving food in about eight weeks. They’re also working toward securing their liquor license, which they hope to have within 12 weeks.
