Tropix Bringing Caribbean Dining to Downtown Orlando Soon
Upscale Caribbean cuisine and cocktails will headline the menu once this new downtown destination completes its buildout.
An upscale Caribbean restaurant is in the works for downtown Orlando. Tropix is currently under construction at 100 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801, owner Steve Myers confirmed with Business Debut.
Myers, who also owns the Negril Jamaican Restaurant chain, shared that the space is undergoing a full build-out, as it was not previously a restaurant. While there’s no set opening date yet, Tropix is expected to feature a full bar and seat approximately 80 guests.
The new concept will bring elevated Caribbean flavors to the heart of downtown once construction is complete.
