Vietaly’s menu will feature a mix of Vietnamese and Italian dishes, along with fusion options.

Vietaly, a new restaurant blending traditional Vietnamese and Italian cuisine, is set to open in Sebring the week of February 24th, co-owners Thuy Tien Le and Gianni Ramon shared with Business Debut.
Located at 209 U.S. Hwy 27 S, Sebring, FL 33870, the restaurant will feature a 55-seat dining space and initially operate with a beer and wine license.
The menu will offer a variety of dishes from both cultures, including pho, egg rolls, spring rolls and banh mi. On the Italian side, expect baked ziti, fried lasagna, chicken Alfredo, and chicken Parmesan subs. Fusion dishes will also be part of the lineup, reflecting the couple’s unique culinary backgrounds.
