Zaxby’s Opening New Location in Daytona Beach This Year
Chicken tenders, wings, fries, and salads will anchor the menu, with possible additions like fried shrimp and milkshakes.
Zaxby’s is heading to Daytona Beach with a new location slated for construction at 1600 S Ridgewood Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32119, franchisee Courtney Blackburn shared with Business Debut.
The upcoming restaurant will have a smaller-than-usual footprint, with indoor seating for 30 guests, a couple of tables outside, and a drive-thru to accommodate on-the-go orders. Construction is expected to begin in May, with hopes of opening roughly six months later. This will be Blackburn's fourth location as a franchisee with the brand.
In addition to the brand’s signature chicken tenders, wings, fries, and salads, Blackburn is hoping to serve select limited-time items such as fried shrimp, hand-spun milkshakes, and chicken quesadillas.
